What a great time 60 participants had celebrating St Patrick’s Day in a mixed doubles social. Partners were decided from a blind draw. Our day started at 7:00 a.m. in order to set up our temporary nets and court lines for the extra four courts. This takes a team effort, which we had. Great effort was made in that it only took an hour and a half.

Joanne Zapacka coordinated teams and Janet Myrick helped place the players on the available courts. Everything went very smoothly. After play, we had prize presentation of the one of a kind hand painted glass beer mugs.

Our winners for men’s AB plus were Pete Macksam and Tod Williams; C level were Jan Lavotti and Ron Glaeser; B level were Ellen Forbes and Dave Sproull; D level were Rick Urwiller and Tibbie Landwehr. Congratulations to all!
