WOW! What a great time I have had teaching water aerobics for 14 years here in Sun Lakes. Many folks have touched my life and have made me a better person. The exercise from water aerobics has helped keep my Parkinson’s Disease progression at a slow rate, so thank you to all you Wet and Wild friends.
It is time now to start another chapter in my life along with my husband. We will depart for Kansas City October 23 where our sons, daughters-in-law and grandchildren live, and live in an assisted living facility. We will miss Arizona, even the summers, but know this is the best plan for us.
Thanks to Marlys McFarland and Sydney Engle, Wet and Wild Water Aerobics will continue Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at the Cottonwood pool and Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Oakwood pool. All classes will begin at 10:00 a.m. Just show up and be prepared to meet new friends as well as work out. My last teaching day will be October 18.
