Come join us for Yoga to work on strength and flexibility with the support of a chair for balance so there is no worry of stumbling or falling. Other aspects that we will focus on include improving our core strength; body awareness and internal balance (equilibrium); reducing stress and improving mental clarity.
The class will be on Tuesdays from 3:00-3:45 p.m. in the Cottonwood Dance Room A-6 year round (except holidays). The cost is $5 per class.
