It’s almost time for all the fall parties to kicking off in Sun Lakes again. Unfortunately, along with the fun and good food come those dreaded extra pounds.

Zumba® is a Latin-inspired dance fitness program that incorporates international music and dance movements creating a dynamic, exciting, exhilarating and effective workout.
Haven’t tried Zumba® yet? It is never too late to start. Join me at one of my Sun Lakes classes this week. If you have been away from working out for a while, this is a good place to get back in to the routine.
You will have loads of fun, burn lots of calories and meet some great friends. We will do routines to music such as the Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaetón and Samba, along with some of our familiar favorites from the ‘50s, ‘60s, ‘70s and more. You can start out slow and work into the routines. There is no pressure to keep up; you know your own limits.
