Valentine’s Day is just around the corner. It’s time to begin the process of a healthier and more vibrant you. Oh, your Valentine is welcome to come “join the party” as well.
As most of you already know, Zumba® is a Latin-inspired dance fitness program that incorporates all your favorite music and dance moves for a dynamic, exhilarating and effective exercise program.
In addition to having loads of fun, you will actually “Exercise in Disguise.” Bring your friends and be part of my Zumba® crew. You will burn lots of calories and have fun at the same time. I will mix low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning fitness experience.
Want to include toning in your workout? Bring your one- to three-pound weights and give my Zumba® class a try. You will find out for yourself how much fun you will have and how great you will feel.

Thursday 8:30-9:30 a.m. (Zumba® Gold)
