While the Doll Collector Club of Sun Lakes is not meeting during the summer months, the Doll Repair division is accepting new clients for doll repair. We can clean and repair most any kind of doll. We accept doll donations of all kinds at any time, including stuffed bears, composition dolls, and Barbies of all ages, which are then repaired and donated to worthy groups who give them to children in need. We take what is worn and too much loved and return her to “wonderful.” This repair service is fee based depending on what is needed: a hair shampoo and style runs about $15, and a new wig runs $25 and up, depending on the style. We have experience with rag dolls, composition dolls of the 1930s, and China dolls, too. If we cannot help, we will help you find someone who can.
