Sandra Kennedy, Arizona Corporation Commissioner: Ms. Kennedy will address APS involvement in the 2014 Corporation Commission election and the recent shutoff by APS for those not paying their bills on time. Ms. Kennedy won her election in 2018 and is serving her second term on the Corporation Commission. She is the lone Democrat on the five-member board. This Commission regulates corporations, public utilities, railroad and pipeline safety and securities within the state of Arizona.

Ms. Kennedy has also served as a State House Representative and State Senator in the Arizona Legislature. You will learn why this commission is so important to the lives of Arizonans, as three seats will be up for election in 2020.

Jennifer Pawlik, AZ House of Representative, LD 17, will provide updates on the various issues before the next AZ Legislature along with current issues in this district.
