“Do what you always did, get what you always got.” Are you tired of things as they are and are wanting change – to be kinder, wiser, more present (right here, right now) and more peaceful? Do you want less pain, more joy, increased mobility and better balance but don’t know how to start? Try easy and gentle Tai Chi-Qigong classes in Sun Lakes – all ages and abilities are welcome.

Starting Wednesday, October 7 I will teach both a Beginner class from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. and an Intermediate class from 2:15 to 3:15 p.m.at Maricopa County Library-Robson Branch at 9330 E. Riggs Road in Sun Lakes. The Beginner class is great for those new to the practice or those who prefer to sit or stand. Intermediate is for those experienced in Tai Chi-QiGong and those comfortable without a chair. Just drop in to a class when your schedule allows, wear rubber-soled shoes, bring water and pay $2 upon arrival. Please leave your fragrance at home in respect for those who are sensitive to scents.

Also in Sun Lakes is my residents only class at Renaissance Luxury Retirement Living on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m.

As a Certified Tai Chi-Qigong instructor specializing in safe movements for those with physical challenges and/or chronic diseases, my goal is to bring comfort and ease into people’s daily lives by teaching methods to improve breathing, posture, balance and relaxation in a fun and caring atmosphere.

For change to happen, you must do something different. We look forward to welcoming you to our Tai Chi-Qigong classes in Sun Lakes!
