No matter if you haven’t done yoga before or you have years of experience, our yoga experts are here to guide you through it all! Our yoga masterminds Sheila and John are extremely knowledgeable in the importance of deep breathing, mindful relaxation, static stretching, strength and balance movements, and, of course, proper modifications for those with limitations. From Introduction to Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Sports Yoga, and TGIF Yoga, each class can give you the ultimate goal of reducing daily stress and improving your mood.
