Come and join my Zumba and Zumba Toning classes.
Zumba takes the “work” out of a workout. I call it “exercise in disguise,” a high-energy group dance workout set to upbeat music. It’s a total workout, combining all elements of fitness: cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. You don’t need any special dance skills, so just dance, let go, and have fun.
Zumba Toning is perfect for those who want to party but put extra emphasis on toning your muscles. We use light weights (one or two pounds) to add resistance that focus on specific muscle groups so that you and your muscles stay engaged.
So, please come and check us out. Grab a towel, put your sneakers on, and meet me on the dance floor!

$5 drop-in fee or $20 for five classes
