It’s Turkey Time, and I can’t wait for that yummy pumpkin pie. It’s a fun time of year, and it’s always great to spend holidays with family and friends. But sooner or later, all that good food and lack of exercise catches up with us.

I have the perfect solution to help you balance all these great holiday activities. Join me for my Zumba® Fitness Class. Zumba® is a Latin-inspired workout program that incorporates international music and dance movements creating a dynamic, exciting, exhilarating and effective fitness system.

Haven’t tried Zumba® yet? It is never too late to start. Join me on Thursdays at OptumCare for Zumba® Gold. The same great music and moves, just a little bit slower pace. If you have been away from working out for a while, this is a good place to get back in to the routine.

My classes are packed with fun, and you will meet some great friends. We will do routines to music such as the Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia and Samba, along with some of our familiar favorites from the ‘60s, ‘70s, ‘80s and more. You can start out slow and work into the routines. Bring your 1- to 3-pound weights if you like. There is no pressure to keep up; you know your own limits.
