Well, here we are starting the last month before our summer break. My last class will be Friday, June 10. Time is slipping by, so take this opportunity to make May a healthy month and join my Zumba® Fitness workout.
Zumba® is your ticket for the most awesome workout ever. Exercise to great music and burn lots of calories without ever realizing it. I will help you take the work out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high intensity moves for an interval-style, low impact, calorie burning fitness experience.
Want to include toning in your workout? Bring your one to three pound weights and give my Zumba® class a try. Find out for yourself how much fun you will have and how great you will feel.
Here is my May schedule:
Tuesdays from 2:00-3:00 p.m. in Room A-6
Wednesdays from 3:00-4:00 p.m. in Room A-6
Fridays from 10:00-11:00 a.m. in Room A-6
Thursdays from 4:00-5:00 p.m. in the Fitness Center
Saturdays from 9:30-10:30 a.m. in the Fitness Center
Remember, my last class for the summer will be Friday, June 10. Classes will resume again in mid-September so check the Splash for my starting date and times.
