Hi, everyone. Fall is here and the holidays are just around the corner so come and let me help you begin the process for a healthier and more vibrant you.
What is Zumba®? Pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without ever realizing it. I will help you take the work out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning fitness experience. We also include toning, so bring your one to three pound weights if you wish.
Zumba® is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness-cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosting energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave my class.

Here is my October schedule:
Tuesday from 2:00-3:00 p.m., Room A-6
Wednesday from 3:00-4:00 p.m., Room A-6
Friday from 10:00-11:00 a.m., Room A-6
Thursday from 4:00-5:00 p.m., Fitness Center
Saturday from 9:30-10:30 a.m., Fitness Center*
*There will be no class on Saturday, October 8 or Saturday, October 15. Come visit me at the Oakwood and Cottonwood Community Open Houses.
